Information can be anything from condition specific information including self care advice through to information about benefits, leisure activities, home adaptations and support groups.
Prescriptions can be accessed through the online resource at www.nottsinfoscript.co.uk or by completing the tear of slip on an information prescription leaflet which can be picked up in your doctors' surgery. Information is available on a variety of conditions and more are being added all the time.
